Yes I would agree with this and since studying this phenomenon have noticed, mainly repeating number sequences, signs being sent by spirit and guides that they are with me offering guidance and support.

Yes i agree too Hera. I have noticed the same thing with repeating numbers but also being at places at the perfect time. Just Being in sync with the universe.
