Hi (spiritual) friends,
Long time, no see. I kind of miss this forum. Though it's quite a bit peceful to stay away from
it, from anything. Isn't it paradox? I mean, yes, on the one hand, it might be
peaceful if I don't need to need to aware anything while living only in my
(small) world: on the other hand, what could I learn from that small world of
mine.
I will try to post something here later. Hope everyone is fine. Cheers from monty

Hi Monty good to see someone on here. Life goes on and we get enveloped in the mundane tribulations of survival on planet earth. I wonder how many regulars here are still at the same spiritual place they were before the forum became inactive. Have they moved on and was spiritual searching and practice a passing phase or are they further along in their search for something more 'real' and meaningful I wonder?
If anybody reads this I also send wishes for peace to you all.

Hi again Hera,
Well put! Yes, it's very true. "Life goes on and we get enveloped in the mundane tribulations of survival on planet earth."Who has a privilege to avoid that? No one, right?
About what you wondered (where our regulars here go), I also think the same thing. I kind of like what someone said, that a spiritual life is like climbing an observation tower (as for metaphor “climbing a mountain”, it a bit cold and lonely). The tower has many levels. The first one, which is closest to the ground, the view is limited. But as one climb higher and higher, he/she can see more and more, far and far away. The problem might be, he/she can see "can be seen back" from other people outside the tower, too. A bit pressure, right? Maybe our friends here, already finished their climbing, and don't want to be seen any more? :-) Wherever our old friends here are, I wish them be happy and live the very peaceful lives. Though deep down I also wish that they might come back and start our sequel here. P.S. Somehow I think about the ancient sages who said goodbye to the observation tower, even to the world, and lived free and beyond worldly business.

Hello Monty, lovely to hear you and Hera on the forum again. I do have a look in every now and then, but never felt compelled to post anything. I did believe, at the time, the forum had run its course, and that everyone needs time alone on their path. Quite an essential aspect for myself, but then that duality concept springs up again, is isolation par for the course or just plain escapism. Maybe its time for the forum to spring back to life again. Mojo.
