Spiritual warning?

Hi, last night a toy in my grandsons room kept activating all by itself. My grandson wasn't staying so the door was shut.
The toy is a rocket. When you bang it on the floor it emits a child like voice with the message: ' 5,4,3,2,1 Lift off'
This kept going off on its own. We heard it downstairs in both the lounge and kitchen.
This has never happened before.
I remember wondering if this was a spirit trying to contact or warn us of something?
This morning my husband had a heart attack. We've been at the hospital all day and luckily he will be ok.
Does anyone else think the same as me?
I wonder if it will happen again.

I do not know if it was a warning but the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 lift off symbolically would be a positive not a negative. It is like you are taking off to a new world a new way of looking at things. The heart attack is obviously a warning for your husband to change his ways. But I would take that as a positive message not a negative. He has probably not heeded the signs that were shown to him about his health in the past and not started life afresh in a better way. So take this as a chance to recreate both of your lives in a better way with less stress and more fun.

I would agree with Leon that it may be a blessing in disguise .. it all happened at the auspicious time within the energy orb of the Spring Equinox .. which symbolically is the time of rebirth - the time of renewal. Both in nature and in our consciousness if one is aligned to the living forces residing around and within us.
