Just watched the third video, the ego part 2, I commend you for telling it like it is.
The ego when its existence is threatened is a formidable foe, and its tools are indeed fear and panic.
I experienced three days solid, none stop of my mind been bombarded with every negative experience of my life, i did not get caught up in it, as I had an idea what was happening, but at the same time found it very mentally draining.
To those not aware, it can feel like the mind turning on itself.
