People have worshiped in many ways for millennia in one form or another. Do you think the beliefs of people have evolved over time or not? Do you think spirituality will evolve in the future, or do you feel people will digress?

The Esoteric believes that true Spiritual Evolution of all of Humanity is a long slow process.
Individual's can evolve quicker but it takes a lot of work on oneself to do so.
So in certain cycles there is a sort of over-all quickening but then it seems to slow down.. as the ego plays it's games on people's psyche as lessons for growing. So in some areas of the world and periods of time it may seem humanity is evolving, in other areas and cycles perhaps going slower.
Some say these days there is more fear then ever in the world. More wars and struggles.
Hopefully, as more people feel their core connection to a Oneness of All Life. Letting go of religious dogma, and aligned to deeper spirituality. Individuals and likewise Humanity will continue to grow and evolve. Some periods of time it is three steps forward, then two steps back... then again forward,,, so we evolve in slow increments.
The pace of the growth is based on the level of understanding and wisdom, commitment and compassion awakened within us. And the practice of making them part of our life path.
just my understanding. ace

I am sure I have annoyed some by incessantly flaunting - or depending on how you look at it: lamenting - the many local meetings I have attended where the average member of the audience seemed more psychic then the actual spiritual leaders of the past. ( Except me who seemed more like a spiritual troglodyte.) The gurus actually giving the meetings seemed like prophets and seers and yet they were just local yokels I might meet shopping at the grocery store. That alone gives credulence to the statement we are entering into a new phase of Cosmic evolution where everything here is rising in vibrations.
Because of so many people seemingly more able to attune to "other worldly" occurrences I think belief is being shoved to the side. Now more then ever we know things beyond just reading them as the official dogma. However "it is suggested" many are not able or unwilling to go beyond selfishness and still seek to control or dominate what should exist in freedom and universal non-ownership. So I expect the Wisdom of the Ages will still be packaged and resold for a profit as a franchise to people who insist on some pedigree. There is none other then the Master Within but who believes you can control your own spiritual savior ?
