I got your message. Have checked settings on the room and everything looks ok. I don't know why you can't get in. You have definitely not been banned

P.S. Just checked dashboard again Ace and looked more closely and it appears there is a new set up in place. I've had to amend it. It will need to be checked again to make sure it doesn't close to non moderators again on default setting every time room is closed for the evening.
