What a wonderful video. But I have to say it left me slightly confused, he spoke of the egoic mind and to follow the wants of such, that which perpetuated the cycle, anything with want and I attached led us on a detour created by the mind. To seek itself was of the mind. He then went on to say that meditation was the path to samadhi, but seeing as how we start with the ego mind, that can only lead to a detour, again mind. So we must be in a state of no mind, before we begin to get to samadhi, or have I picked it up completely wrong?

Robert... interesting question of the paradox of "what we think we are looking for is the thing which is seeking" here is another video from this group... this is part of a 4 part series... they are all beautifully produced and all very thought provoking. lol .
they see thought as another one of the senses and as it meditation. you let the thoughts go by to experience the world fully Present. Nobody says it is an easy no-journey journey... to think about not thinking..
