There's a psychological technique called, "reframing", which could change your perspective.
"To reframe, then, means to change the conceptual and/or emotional setting or viewpoint in relation to which a situation is experienced and to place it in another frame which fits the 'facts' of the same concrete situation equally well or even better, and thereby changing its entire meaning." -Watzlawick, P., Weakland, J. and Fisch, R. (1974). Change: Principles of Problem Formation and Problem Resolution
Anyway, it might bore you if I talk about it much more. Instead, let me make my point with this video:
P.S. You can see how wonderful Jack reframing the situation about his looks. At first glace, we might feel sorry for him. but then, he made everyone happy. And in return, I believe, he also was happy because of that. Whether he knew it or not, he did a great job on reframing.

Hi Monty, I remember this young man from Britains Got Talent. He is extremely talented and funny. A great example of reframing. And an inspiration to us all. Thank you for sharing it. I hope you are keeping well. Love and light Kaz

If I borrow Jack's lines, I might say that my life has not been full of ups and downs. Because recently it has no lift. P.S. Kidding. I' m fine. Thanks, my friend. Hope you are fine, too. And how come you always already watched the videos I like.
