Before I tell you what I have come to the forum to say,I need to give you a little information on my personal background.I am a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic who believes that when I suffered psychosis in 2006 that one of the voices I heard speaking to me was the actual Source himself(God). This God voice held conversations with me mentally for five days and on the fifth day declared he would never speak to me again except through my mind.True enough I have never heard God again audibly but very often I can hear the voice of my consciousness giving me ideas, instructing me and encouraging me.It is from the voice of my consciousness that I have learnt the unusual spiritual technique that I will discuss in detail below. The God voice that spoke to me told me that the world is an illusion created by a lesser god who keeps us re-incarnating over and over to feed off our energy whilst wiping each lifetime's memories to ensure that we do not remember that we are essentially all immortal spirits with great power. This is the core belief of the ancient Gnostics as I found out later. The voice also said that he(God) does not desire worship and that all religions are false as they insist on worshipping deities.
I also was told a lot of other stuff which I will not go into detail about.I was a devout Christian before this voice spoke to me and after that I abandoned all religion and I have never had more clarity, vision and purpose than before as well as greater peace of mind.Don't get me wrong, I still have challenges and problems but I deal better with them now and I believe I can only get better.
This is a technique that I believe I have received from God through my consciousness(not through an audible voice). It is very simple and requires little effort and it has worked wonders for me.Try it, and tell me what you think.
Dynamic flow meditation
Instead of sitting in an uncomfortable lotus pose with one mudra(hand position) for 15 minutes or more, sit comfortably in a chair and rest your back on the chair.Tuck your chin in slightly and close your eyes slowly.Hold your hands in a particular mudra and count to 10(or any number), then change the mudra and count to 10(or any number)again(make sure its the same number).Keep changing the mudra after each count.Do this until you run out of mudras to perform, then open your eyes slowly and relax.Don't worry about thoughts bubbling up and don't focus on your breathing. As you do what I mentioned above your breathing will slow down and you will feel calmer and energized. You won't find this technique anywhere on the internet not even with the gurus.Trust me I have checked.Like I said I believed this meditation was given to me by God himself and when I actually have the patience to do it for at least 10 minutes, the emotional effects are profound and I always get new ideas and even spiritual insights You may need to research mudras to know what to do with your hands. There is a lot of information about them on the web.
