Yesterday, I briefly meditated, then finished up a few online conversations and went to bed. As I was almost entirely asleep, someone (not physical) yelled "WAKE UP" in my head, effectively waking me up in shock and making me violently shake during this instantaneous happening. I quickly looked around, searching for a sign as to why I needed to wake up, as I felt like it was some sort of alarm to an important message I needed to be aware of. No such message was found.
I believe I "saw" a face for the briefest of moments, but nothing distinguishable. It was probably a lady with dark hair. One of my guardian angels came to mind, specifically, the one named Uriel (as I was told by a trusted medium). Then the thought quickly faded away. I was really unsure and confused at that moment, as I am now.
I am also thinking maybe it was my Higher Self? I really can't tell. I just felt distressed, that's all I know.
What do you think happened?

Hi Tsor,
I had a similar experience around 30 years ago while I was living in the forest (temple). Once after I had patrolled around our temple (for preventing a fire forest) I took a siesta at one of our old huts. I woke up because I heard someone shouting loudly, "Go!" Sure, I looked around and saw no one. It turned out that it had no meaning and was not an alarm to any message either. Having to mention here that I used to die once (let's skip this part as I already told it many times on our forum) and on my spiritual journey, I decided to put aside about asking this kind of question, even it was so real. I mean, I knew this kind of (subjective) experience was so real but I also knew that if I put my time and effort trying to find the answer, it could bring me to nowhere and would slow down my ultimate spiritual goal. Please don't get me wrong, I had lots of experiences about parapsychology but, for example, even a true parapsychologist, still was not sure if it was a type of ghost or other supernatural entity which was responsible for physical disturbances, such as loud noises and objects being moved or destroyed. It even could be a psychokinesis (telekinesis) that has something to do with a psychic ability allowing a living person to influence a physical system without physical interaction. Or it might be auto/self hypnosis. Or it might be our higher self etc. See? I believe that we choose to walk on our spiritual path so that we will know ourselves better and heal our Dukkha (sufferings). And if we are lucky, we also could help to heal other human being. This is the ultimate goal of spirituality, is it not? :-)
