from a Ram Das - Words of Wisdom e-mail I got. Seems to be about relationships and challenging aspects of them. What do you think about it ,,,agree or disagree with concept?
When two people meet in the space of love and break the attachment of the mind which is seeing the other person as the vehicle to get you there, you realize that it’s in you and you start, through your spiritual practices, to rest in it, suddenly the need and desperation start to dissolve. And all of the negative things that go with addiction start to disappear; the possessiveness, the jealousy, the anger, the frustration, the fear that the other person’s going to die, because the quality of love as a state has no time, it has no space. It wasn’t born and it doesn’t die.

Agree, It also fills you with a feeling of been invincible, of there is nothing that can not be achieved. It can also give the experience, of heaven and earth moving, which is a real experience and not just a saying. Minus point, it's a very high level, trying to stay there.

Hey Robert, thanks
Invincibility is such a loaded word.. if one thinks they are from Ego,,, the hubris of the claim will quickly be shot down. The invincibility from the Spirit does work out - but works out to me in the energy of wisdom and by natural laws. But agree with you that it is a high level of manifestation in process to allow it to happen. Again a paradox.

Very true Ace, Invincible here means, bursting at the seams with well being, radiating well being to the extent that others can see or feel it.

I neither agree nor disagree. It can be both the cause and the cure for the abhorrent behaviour you describe.
