I often ask myself, are dreams real? When we are dreaming, don’t we feel the dream is real? Everything happens right in front of our eyes; we can hear and we can see as long as we are dreaming. Suddenly when I wake up, I realize it was just a dream. It was a real dream, but whatever happened in the dream was that real? Surely not, it was just a dream. Therefore while dreams are real, they don’t create reality. I also believe, therefore, while the life around me is real, the reality is something else. The reality or the end result of life is the Realization and not everything else around that feels real. Whatever is around us, doesn’t last. It’s just like a dream; it’s all over within no time. We find that our life also is nothing, but a big illusion.

Dreams are our Soul in the astral plane in the dream state, there real to our Soul, dreams worn us of things to come sometimes and help us to resolve problems, by dreams one can viset one who pass on. Its a form of Soul travel, which everybody does, but Soul travel one remembers more clearly and has free will to move about from a dream state to a waking state

Many people used dreams in the past to find lost items,, othere like the indians used dreams to fight a war. And people today ask the Holy Spirit for ansewer through there dreams, its how God speeks to us, not by words, but through a dream situation. The trick is to remember the dream or dreams . Our Soul when it has a important dream for us will send it back to our mind in a stronger way, so we will remember especily a nightmare or flying in a dream. Some people ask God for a answer before they go to sleep . And some people do a mantra to tune themself in with the Holy Spirit and then ask a question before they go to sleep and get a answer, the Holy Spirit will flash the dream back with more intensity so one will remember just like our Soul.. we have a book called the Art of spiritual dreaming, in Eckankar
