I have always believed that the roads may be many, but the destination is one. We all can aim at reaching that final goal of realization and if possible, enlightenment. Even if we reach realization, if we are able to realize the truth of who we are and the power called God, it is mission accomplished . To truly accomplish this mission, we don’t have to follow any subscribed path. Suppose, we are travelling to a place, we can choose different ways: We can take a flight, we can take a ship or we can walk. It doesn’t matter how we go, which route we take; what matters is that we reach our destination and don’t get distracted from our goal. Every day the challenge is to take one step forward and not to lose our life in the world of illusions.
Isn’t it true that we come without anything and we go without anything, then why do we start thinking that everything around us belongs to us – when in reality nothing belongs to us? It’s like booking a hotel room and thinking that the hotel bed or the table belongs to us. We never do that, we know we have just checked in and we will be checking out soon. So is it with life! We know that finally we have to check out of life. Whichever path we choose to go on, our ultimate destination is one: to realize the God within.
