Hi,
can anyone advise if the detox/clear out for Reiki 2 is more severe than Reiki 1.

Robert... I would say the second degree Reiki is a bit stronger then the first but that is why you take one before two or even three to get you energetically prepared a bit. But the experience one has also always depends on energy and any blockages and opening the person going to teaching brings to it....so there are similarities and uniqueness both. So no exact answer I don't think.
About your laughing.. lol. brought to mind the following hilarious video to me.

Thanks for the video. I noticed that spiritual teacher "observed/saw" himself even in the middle of his laughter, too. Most people could not do that. He was cool and got high degree of his mindfulness. :-)

Hi Robert,,,, his name is Mooji... he is a Adviata Vendanta teacher,,, his groups have lots of his videos and teaching on youtube... very clear at times.
