Someone who knows me so well just sent this photo to tease and cheer me on Valentine’s day. And it worked. I literally laughed. Ok, the followings will be love songs, no excuse. Hahaha. But, today’s Valentine’s day, isn’t it? (Ok, some of you might have to wait for some hours there). I heard this song around 4 years ago. The video and its caption (somewhere on it) are so good: If love is great, and there are no greater things, then, what I feel for you must be the greatest. Hmm…yeah, as I’ve just talked to my dear friends on another thread, this was one of my “fish trap” when I was a young man. hahaha Ingrid Michaelson - Incredible Love When I get older, I kind of like this kind of love song. And this is another version I like: Stacey Soloman-What a wonderful world

I'm going to tag onto Monty's post, since it's Valentines but no need to make multiple threads....a long, long time ago (feels like it), I sang for others, and wrote many songs. Can't really share the music the same way I used to but I want to share some Lyrics I wrote, an equally long time ago, inspired by God to give to a couple I got to know in Nashville...it was a wedding song for them, but lyrics for this one were by me while music was by Russ Hollingsworth. I thought of it today because I feel the need to share (original) lyrics with Robert - though all who know the joy of love or lifetimes together can appreciate: I'll Look After You I’ll look after you After all our vows are spoken When we are standing side by side as man and wife, You ‘ll know - That I’ll look after you. (yes) I’ll look after you When love gets covered up with living Though passion fades before our eyes, and children cry, It’s still true – that I’ll look after you. (bridge)Though the fire may turn to ashes; though our dreams may pass us by, I’ll be there to care for you for all time; I’ll look after you When younger days become a memory And in the evening of our lives, love survives To see us through – I’ll look after you. (music, bridge)……I’ll be there to care for you for all time; I’ll look after you When younger days become a memory And in the evening of our lives, love survives, I’m promising – that I’ll look after you.

Good one, Mary Anne. You know, I've known when it's too late (after I passed my 50) that I want to be a singer. I feel that a good singer could really make his/her audiences happy. But as for me, it might be good for my (future) audiences, because my voice is terrible and unbearable!
