Karens post was so touching...on so many levels and I'm sure each of us can relate in our own experiences. But her post also brougjt up one the life's hardest tests...and is the test of forgiveness.
Many of us can choose to forgive and forget...or just to forgive...and as hard as it can be to forgive those who hurt us...it is double hard to near impossible to forgive ourselves. You see in order to truly forgive one we MUST forgive the other. Even if you feel you did nothing wrong...you must still forgive yourself...why? Because somewhere deep inside you blame yourself for the pain you experienced...crazy I know but we do. So we forgive others not to so much set them free but to set us free...but we will never be truly free until we learn to forgive ouraelves.

oh and cant stop sneezing. Along with other yucky problems. But our whole village and even our towns is infected with this virus, which seems to be more than just a cold. Anyway it sure has knocked me off my feet that is for sure. A good few of our elderly are in hospital with it. It just seems to be a mystery virus that keeps infecting people and then re infecting them. I kust hope my son and hubby dont catch it off me...but its highly likeky
