Hello Alena I do not wish to be the only one responding to this post; I certainly hope I will not be. These experiences are not new to me, and I recognize what you are going through. And I'm excited to Hear it One thing I See is that both practices and experiences that once were saved for an elect few are now increasing exponentially, due in part to the fact that the Universe Itself is bringing us into cosmic/astrological/spiritual alignment for Change.
Many, many people in our world are meditating with results now; many, many are finding a Desire in themselves to meditate, to Think about and to Reach for things that they once paid little attention to. In times past this has sometimes been a signal to expect a Teacher, but how many more are now floundering in experiences with which they have no familiarity? Experiences that have the potential to Strengthen, to cause Growth, both to the individual and the collective Whole, yet for which we are so often not ‘Ready’? Or to cause harm….Who will teach us? Who will guide us? I am not so far down the road myself, yet I feel a desire to See that we remain aware of what is happening, that we may make Informed decisions regarding the paths that are being thrust upon us as rain falls in sudden storms upon crops that may or may not withstand the onslaught.
For example, when we go to a new city and become concerned about getting lost, we often can obtain a Map that shows us streets, business locations and so forth; regarding budding spiritual awareness, ‘maps’ of this sort can be few and far between. So what do we do?
It often depends on the Person, does it not? Some go confidently to explore their new location, while others remain cautious – each approach has its benefits and downfalls. There are times I feel I cannot emphasize Enough that there are drivers in the new city that will ‘brake’ for us to cross the street, and those who might try to Run us Down because they are focused other agendas. If that makes sense.
Whether we believe in angels and demons, spiritual beings, entities or Anything, there is something to be said for a binary Universe – for statements like, ‘as above, so below’. We know on Earth there are those who have our best interests in mind, and those who do Not. Do we dare believe it is Not so on other planes of existence?
Alena, again - I do recognize the sensations you describe; they are not so uncommon but new to you. My advice to you is to pay Close attention to what is happening, that you remain Aware of the changes you are experiencing. I tend to keep lengthy journals of what happens to me that I may go back and Examine things when I can deal with them without the emotional response of the moment to distract me. On a personal note, I feel both ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ things going on by your description, specifically - and I am glad to talk about it sometime - but I am interested in what others have to say.
Fear isn’t fun, is it? My Bible says that ‘there is No fear in Love, but that perfect Love casts out fear’. (another benchmark for me when I get lost in ‘knowledge’) I also know that it is Natural to fear a new experience, no matter how benevolent or even helpful. Moving to a big city can be uncomfortable to those from small towns but it becomes less intimidating as we Learn our way around
By remaining aware of our thinking and our lives as a Result of these experiences we can learn what is Comfortable to us, and what is Not. I encourage all to Read what others have to say about meditation, and what they have experienced. And do not be afraid to ask questions! The more we know, the more we can Decide what is helpful, what is ‘true’ and what is Not.
