Older video, timeless thoughts...about basic Chemistry? lol And yet, does it not have Meaning to us as we examine our Own properties?

Quote from video, approx. 45 seconds in: “When most people look at substances, they normally look at the bulk properties…” (those properties that are more obvious) “…such as shininess, shape or hardness. However, when a chemist looks at substances, he often visualizes them in terms of atomic and molecular models.”
Perhaps we could say something like, “When most people look at other people, they normally look at more visibly obvious properties such as outward appearance, behavior, or even mood. However, when the Great Chemist looks at people, he sees them in terms of the Inner forms of soul and spirit.”
Chemists recognize the workings of the water molecule (approx. 7:10 into video) as separate vibrational parts and the combined vibration that makes the Whole of the molecule.
Why is it difficult for us to recognize what Happens when our individual vibrations work together for the benefit of the Whole? We continue to see ourselves as Complete, when the ‘separate’ vibrations of the water molecule do not. Do we recognize the benefit of non-duality in this? Still the balance must be kept Fluid to achieve its goal…
Examine, if you will, the (example) videos of the vibrational interactions within the ethylene and benzene molecules and tell me what you See of the necessity of Harmony.
