This is reincarnation for Souls that haven't found a Master to liberate It our them, and when the earth is ended, those Souls that didn't make it, will be put asleep on the Soul Plane till the planets are fixed back up so life can exist again, the Souls are sent back again to start again, with outher Souls that didn't experance or go through the eighty four
