How Do You Recognize Energies?

...and, Kaz, thank you - I'll just reframe and ask it to Everyone, in a slightly different way  

The actual Question is going to end up being something like, 'How do you differentiate between energies - if you do - and how do you Respond to the differences?'


Not everyone recognizes energy in the same way, but so Many of you have been at this Much longer than I have.   I recognized energy as a child but was afraid of it, so I "put it away", only experiencing it in my empathic way with People, until this year.    So those of you who Know more about this may can give Direction to my queries, etc.


More background:  I have ZERO fear response in the usual way, so things that "should" frighten me, as a Human, do not.   But "other" things do; I am a child of Light, of Love, of daytime and I have learned Much about perception when it comes to the energies that affect me.     I have run into people who have Obvious "good vibes", others who have what I term "strong but Confusing vibes", and then people I Know I don't feel comfortable with overall, but I am never Frightened by them.  There are actually some "presences" (I have more specific names, but.) that may either be "walking around in human suits" or may be otherwise-invisible:  for some reason we (they and I) recognize each other Immediately and react like vampires in sunlight, "hissing" at each other and immediately trying to Leave The Room.   For me?  It's fear...and I have counseled many "people" including criminals in my lifetime, Still not feeling "fear" from them though they did Many horrible things, so it's not That.


Overall, that particular experience is very rare...I just don't Experience these much, so I may Wonder about it but no worries.   What Does confuse me is that I recognize good/bad, positive/negative, etc energy in Everything and Everyone, but I don't know how to Interpret it very well yet.  Like a foreign language that feels familiar but I don't Speak or Understand it yet...


Or like, I "handle" objects now this year, feeling something that seems akin to psychometry but Different; these things share with me about their Origins, and connection to everything Else....plastic, for example, as opposed to Wooden objects.   Or crystals/stones...they Speak to me now, but I am lost in a Maze of trying to reconcile my Traditional ideas of good/bad, etc and now everything is Grey...is Any of this translating?  I want to Understand the differences between Positive and Negative energy.  Some things are just Instinctive, but other things that I was Taught (right/wrong) are now falling away...is there an Instruction manual for this, somewhere?  lol


Other than just "knowing" whether you Like the energy or not, how do you understand what you are experiencing?  And how do you respond?   Perhaps I really Do just want the comfort of finding out what/how Others experience in this way...if that's okay.  I Know I am not alone in this.

I do not see things as positive or negative, good or bad. I see all people places and things as having creative and destructive potential in them. And we have to face the consequences of our actions in how we use these forces in people places and things. I can use the destructive force in a tractor to plow the ground and feed people the food that I grow. I can plow the ground in the wrong direction and the topsoil can wash away. I can use fire to cook food. Or I can use fire carelessly and burn down someone's house.
This can also lead into nonduality consciousness. Take an opposing idea or concept, say creationism and evolution. A person stuck in duality consciousness would say that these two ideas oppose each other. But a person do some personal work to leave duality and start entering non-duality may come to see evolution being a tool of the creator. When we change how we think opposing ideas and concepts start to compliment each other.
When do some personal work and start to end our inner conflict, the drama and conflict in the outside world starts coming to an end. Our outer world is just the reflection of our inner consciousness.

Great question

I do not see energy, except in meditation and then I see it ‘translated’ into colours, shapes, figures or images. For me energy has no ‘real’ fixed form be it human or otherwise, I recognise it solely by its vibration. When I connect with a person it’s their energy I am connecting to, so a lot of the time (but not all the time) I can bypass the ego of a person and ‘feel’ their core.

I realise that there are no good or bad people, people are just people, but it is what surrounds them and why...that is what I find interesting. I believe that in every living thing there is that one ‘pure’ spark of the divine, that nothing and no one can touch, that belongs and connects us all to source. I have met some really wonderful, happy, upbeat people and I have met some struggling, disillusioned, low energy, people.

I have ‘judged’ many solely on how they made ME feel...rather than question or seek out why? I have and still do back away from certain people, some knowingly and some because I ‘felt’ them push me away or because 'I' was not ready. I understand more now than I did, but I have still not even touched the tip of the iceberg in relation to knowing anything really, but what I have learned is we attract, absorb, emit and repel energy all the time!

Thank you both; you have given me good insights to ponder Ishtahota, yes, I feel what you mean about our concepts of "good and bad" being more of creative or destructive, positive or negative energies...nondual consciousness does indeed raise us "above" this conflict, doesn't it? I remember experiencing what I later learned was Kundalini; the experience of "bliss" I had was accompanied by a knowledge that I indeed was not Free from duality so much as Above it, so that it no longer Affected me.


Cyberangel, I think you've touched on the Unspoken issue for me: not just the Fact that I respond to energies according to my intuition, which you identify with, but I guess I Do want to understand the "why" of it - can I be Sure that I am responding directly to positive or negative energy, or am I responding based on what I have Learned so far, what my experience is?


As I grow in all this I learn that some energies make me Curious but I should be Cautious...other things may repel me because I Feel strange, powerful energy but that doesn't make it necessarily Negative ('evil')....just, Different. I know what you mean about bypassing ego and seeing the Core...those are traits of an Angel, CyberAngel, and I have already had my suspicions from reading other words of yours.
