Hi Imahe,
Books?
Hmm…there were two (very important) books in my spiritual life. I Ching (or Book of changes), especially Richard Wilhelm’s version, rendered into English by Cary F. Baynes. (great book with perfect English.)
And “The Heart of Buddhist Meditation: Satipatthna: A Handbook of Mental Training Based on the Buddha's Way of Mindfulness” by Nyanaponika Thera (1973).
[I remembered that more than a decade ago, all of my friends on some spiritual forum (s) still thought that mindfulness was meditation (which it was NOT.) Anyway, Jon Kabat-Zinn did his great job later. But today it seems everyone knows only about his “Mindfulness-based stress reduction.”] lol

For me, it was definitely 'Linda Goodman's Star Signs' which I first read when I was only 18 (and have re-read and referred to many times since then) but it paved the way for my enlightenment and I consider it my 'spiritual bible' even today 20+ years later. I love all her books and even though she was considered an astrologer, she touched on so many more deep subjects in the metaphysical realm...
Love & Light ~ Linda

Someone asked me.. What is your religion? I said, "All the paths that lead to the light".

Hi Mysticmoonchild, I have the book you've mentioned and it is a very interesting one. Just to let you know, we do have a Spiritual Book sub board on the forum, where people can post their favourite spirtual books, or have written about the books that have been inspirational to them on their spiritual journey. I am sure you will enjoy reading through them. Love and light Kaz
