Sometimes I hear words spoken in my dreams, sometimes I do not. Other's have said the same thing. So I don't think there is any significance in it. People will describe knowing something without words. Dreams tend to be very visual. Sound is unneccessary unless the dreamer is mean't to hear something. On another level, it might be telling you that words can be deceptive, that it is important to be observant. In life people will often say one thing, but in truth mean something else, so we watch them and read there body language. So we read between the lines. Look beyond the obvious.
