Christianity, observe the teachings of christ which brings us closer to god. Spirituality, meditating in to becoming more of a god through the eyes of the creator I would assume god is from creation, as all things are, either it be man made or not, it is a creation, Lets look at geometry for a moment, lets assume a certain polygon is god, where did the polygon/god come from, polygon/god came from creation, which was man made, influanced by nature/flowers, so if god was a polygon, he then came from the idea of a flower, and to make things complicated, no origin? No origin would suggest the polygon can be 3d also, just like a flower, so the polygon is all dimensions, and has no fixed origin, polygon/god changes So the proof of maths in flowers lets geometry be the calculation, so the proof of gods/maths creation is lead by christ/geometry There is no other way i can describe my opinion at the moment, other than questioning it along side something i know, which is the origin of geometry

Hi infinity, According to my understanding of hinduism , god is present in nirguna (formless) state before creation .God is present after creation. and God always will be there even if the universe is destroyed. If we say universe was created from nothing but think nothing is something right? we count zero because it is something .That is the nirguna form god .If infinite godhead can settle in every particle of this creation then why can't he settle in nothing-ness. I am really confused about this belief but i hope you will get idea what i am trying to say.

Hi Infinity,
This is the eternal question isn't it. And one which has been discussed and thought about since man started to try to articulate his thoughts upon the idea of God.
There are many holy books that have been written which state their own individual beliefs, of the origins of God. As a Christian, from what I have read and been taught, God has just always been there. There are many creation stories. But that is a separate thing isn't it. That is about how 'the world' or 'we' came into being. But, about God him/her/creator/ source, however you view him (I use him because it is how I perceive God) not much has been written.
I don't think it matters how we view God as individuals, because I think its just words. But, as words are all we have, to describe to others how we feel, I think its important not to become too intrenched in the fact that how we define, or what we call something, is different.
I believe God is a creative force that is part of everything. Many well respected scientists now believe, that the universe, the earth and how we came into being, was no random act. If you are into sciences you will have some idea of what is mean't by this. Too many factors had to be just right, for conditions for life to work. From a belief and cultural point of view, there are many commonalities that link different belief systems, which promote the idea of a universal mind or consciousness. Which implies a connection - a psychic or inherent 'knowing' that we all share. One could argue that originally we all are descended from the same tribe, but geography and isolation would make ease of sharing common customs and rituals difficult. Though not impossible.
Then there is the fact that from the earliest times, we have seen evidence that mankind, even the neanderthal tribes, have left images and signs which seem to indicate spiritual ritual, and an awareness of a hidden spiritual world. I would say, along with the instinctive survival reflex, spiritual awareness has been along side that. I have to ask, where does this inner knowing, yearning and awareness come from? I believe it is innate. And that fascinates me, and tells me on some deep level, that this earth that created us, is connected to something much vaster. And we simply do not have the understanding of it at this time.
I don't think the answer is to be found in the physical. But in the expanded higher senses. And as we become even more spiritually aware, one day we may reach that point where we will know it. Indeed, there might be people in the world already, who have reached that state. But, would anyone believe them? Looking around, I see so much goodness and love in people. Many people are growing spiritually. But are there enough to make a difference? Sadly, even though our brains are expanding - research has shown that as a species, we are becoming more intelligent, our spiritual consciousness and awareness, doesn't seem to be accelerating at the same rate of growth. There is some evidence to suggest, and more than a few theorists who believe this has all happened before; And that mankind has destroyed itself, because we did not have emotional intelligence and spiritual awareness to transcend or control our aggressive and warlike tendencies.
I guess I've waffled on a bit. But trying to describe what God represents to me, is pretty difficult. God is multi faceted. The known and the unknowable. All I can say is that I feel this energy, presence in everything. In you, me, the earth, nature, the animals, in absolutely everything. But I also believe that we are but one tiny golden link, in an infinite chain.
Love and light Kaz

I don't think that this is possible to describe about God in few words. Lot's of words are actually needed. I am also interested to know about God more, origin, how to look like, location and many more.

I guess the question should be framed about Who am I? God = Peace/Silence Whether we see people like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Trump, Robert Kiyosaki etc... These are the biggest signs of the "I" that persists its own presence of how to discover the real Spirit of the God, who have achieved the success that every human being is striving for each and every day. It's like aiming the sun, and you will hit the moon. God is nothing more than Silence. The real example that quotes as a existing God is being termed to Lord Krishna. Like ISKCON which is having a global presence currently. Before knowing the GOD, its important to get ourselves start with the baby steps of Who Am I? The answer is inside the question itself. Let us understand this in the form of example : "I" am doing this. "I" don't like this. "I" am feeling too low/high. "I" am a Body, Father, Mother, Lover, Friend, Enemy blah blah blah....etc. Everything begins with "I" and it ends with "I" Now, if the body is in a pain. We say "My body is paining". Rather, saying "I" am paining. Vice-versa, if somebody dies. We say "XYZ" person has left us today morning. ? However, the person we knew is still lying there in front of us. His/Her body is still lying... Then who has actually left? ? Find the answer and later move towards the next level of searching the GOD.. Baby steps are not only needed while start learning how to walk.......But, that's how the life is being created. God Bless Everyone!!!! Sam!!!

Hi Samy, Very interesting and thought provoking. You said "Everything begins with "I" and it ends with "I"
Now, if the body is in a pain. We say "My body is paining". Rather, saying "I" am paining.
Vice-versa, if somebody dies. We say "XYZ" person has left us today morning.? However, the person we knew is still lying there in front of us. His/Her body is still lying... Then who has actually left??
Find the answer and later move towards the next level of searching the GOD.. Baby steps are not only needed while start learning how to walk.......But, that's how the life is being created."I instead of my. When you turn the words around like that it gives it a different connotation. I'm thinking about where that thought takes me. I will let you know, when I've figured it out. Thank you for sharing Love and light Kaz

Hello Kaz, It's my pleasure to have beautiful and logical friends like you. (Why I am saying this because I am myself is a logical guy). Everything, and I mean every stuff that we see, smell, think, touch or taste. It includes only and only 3 types of people: (1) People who will accept it like the way it is. - (We call them as Followers/Spiritual Bhakti (like ISCON) (2) People who will come along with a question about the same stuff.. (We call them Logical/Gyani/Knowledge Seekers both spiritual and material) (3) People who will just try and try the same stuff again and again... (We call them Yogis/Practitioners using the body only/Employees (in the material world) Now, the question every single Individual (Spirit) need to check within them and see which one among those 3 they fall under the most. Similarly, when I say (please remember : Here the "I" is what is being called as "Who am I") no matter whichever path the individual follow, at last the end is going to meet up at the same destination. Some will follow the shortcuts, some will like to be use Highways (to avoid the fear of loosing what they already have).....and the logical person will be the one who act like a Telecom Industry. As in, letting him/her (I have to use the gender right now to specify) not even going here and there, but still reaching out the same place at the same time. Sound confusing right I understand that!! India is known primarily for having lot of spiritual Gurus, who have taught how to meet God in each defined and applied ways. Now, that is like to get a higher status of Knowledge in the material world. People seek towards joining a Group/Ashram which will make them get connected to the spiritual love each and every time, and let them away from the stress, anxiety, pain. Am I right??? So, who is it that feels that love or pain... Who is it that never wants to be a part of pain (and that pain itself is self created). For e.g. what I (here I am talking about the body & spirit both) likes the most, may get completely disregarded by the other person. It could be, right. I, I, I AND I the word goes like this. Let me share a small Mantra over here for everyone including me as well!! Just chant like : I am not a body. I am not a Mind. I am the one who Sees all of them. Again, these are the words or phrases that we have heard, read and even seen a lot of videos. But still, why it is that still we are chasing towards something that makes us feel blessed. WHAT IS THAT, WHICH WE ARE SEARCHING, SEARCHING AND JUST SEARCHING SINCE AGES. WHAT IS IT, THAT JESUS, HINDU GODS, ALLAH AND OTHER RELIGIONS (CREATED BY THE HUMAN BEING ITSELF).....have being said and still saying through the so called gurus that we pray to get peace from. Only and Only a Logical person (remember the second type!!), will do and say these kind of things. But, that doesn't make them special from others. So, the question comes back : If they all are doing the same, then "Who Am I". Am I the brain > NO. Am I the body > NO. Still, it doesn't means that it will change something drastically. The only thing that will make Gurus looks different from the society is : They too can't the situation, but they learn and experience the art of the choose how to respond back on that situation, without even letting them get impacted even for 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%. So Dear. Go with the same question "Who Am I". Believe me its not about how many times we practice something. But, how deeply and strongly we look and think about something. Passion and perfection, both materially and spiritually are the same. It's just shifting the attention from one side to the another. Choose whichever side the spirit wants to be a part off. (This is the real I to get yourself a part off). Whatever I have mentioned over here. The fact is : I is talking to the other I (You) right now. Read it with the same, and see and practice that I within you God Bless everyone!!! Sam!!!
