Hi Monty Here is the main prayer (the Hail Mary) of the rosary beads you inquired about...in chat room. I have used a translation by googles for you into Thai so I can show you the prayer in your own language. I hope it has translated it correctly. Prayer in Thai charactersพระแม่มารีย์ที่เต็มไปด้วยความสง่างาม พระเจ้าอยู่กับท่าน ความสุขคือคุณในหมู่ผู้หญิง และมีความสุขเป็นผลไม้ของพระเยซูเจ้าครรภ์ แม่แมรี่ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระเจ้า จงอธิษฐานเพื่อเราคนบาป และในเวลาของการเสียชีวิตของเรา สาธุ Prayer in written Thai wordWanta Maria Piam dui pra hansatan Prasawami satid kab tan pu mi bun kwa ying dai dai lae pra Yesu orot kong tan song bun nak na Santa Maria Manda prachao Prod pawana pua rao kon bab Bud ni lae mua ja tai Amen Full English version of PrayerHail Mary full of grace The lord is with thee Blessed is thou among women And blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus Holy Mary, Mother of God Pray for us sinners and at the hour of our death Amen It is a beautiful prayer and a very powerful one within the Catholic Church faith. It has always brought me much comfort all through my life, although I must admit I am not what you would call “a practicing catholic” no longer, I do like the prayers and although my views on the catholic faith has altered, I still hold these prayers very dear, as the energy behind them is so positive and powerful, in my opinion. I only share to include you in the understanding not to try and convert you my friend Love and Light

Hi angel, Thanks. You are so kind. This is a proof that my English is really bad until you had to provide a translation for me. (Kidding. I know you did it just in case some Thai might pass by here would be able to read its translation, too.) Recently, I have had bad memory. Sometimes, I looked at a pill in my hand and wonder if I already took it yet. Worse than that, I realized I already took it just AFTER I already took that pill (again). Hahaha I cannot remember if I already post what is below yet, if that the case, sorry. I just feel that I’d like to put it here. Don’t know why. :-) Last night at bedtime My little boy confessed to me some childish wrong And I forgave him, kissed him, and sent him off to bed. As he lay down I heard him pray: “Dear God,” he whispered, “make me a man like my daddy, wise and strong.” And then in peace he fell asleep. I knelt beside my sleeping son Shedding tears of happiness. And I gazed on his sleeping form, I, too, prayed: “Dear God,” I whispered, “make me pure like my child lying here. Instill in me innocence and unselfish love like that of a child. Make of me a better person So that I may help make this world a better one For my child, and for all, in this blessed land.” Amen. (from “A Father’s Prayer” by Bernard Meltzer) P.S. Thanks for not trying to convert me. hahaha P.P.S. Google translation was bad. Let me translate it here again for some Thai readers who might pass by to read it later. Sorry that you don’t know Thai, but at least I have earn my living by doing this (translating) for more than 25 years, it should not be so bad. Hail Mary full of grace The lord is with thee Blessed is thou among women And blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus Holy Mary, Mother of God Pray for us sinners and at the hour of our death Amen

Thank you Monty for your translation and I wish, reading some of your posts, that my English was as good as yours googles translate is not very reliable I have found. when I used it to try and translate something into Chinese (Cantonese) for my mother in law I was so embarrassed by what it translated, but she being very forgiving and knowing I meant no harm, simply laughed and thanked me for trying. Well that is me finished with googles translate I think before it gets me into serious trouble Thank you also for sharing that beautiful poem above, I have never seen it before and it makes me think (not only of my own son) but also that those we see as teachers and those we see as students are really one and the same. Love and Light
