Is there a God? It seems a bit of a silly question coming from someone who believes in God and someone who helps to run The God Light, but these questions are more about your understanding than mine. Is there really a God, or is God just a figment of the imagination, something born out of hope, a friendly imaginary being made up to make us all feel better. Is there a God, what are your thoughts?

I first need to mention i dont read the bible, and so god to me is a hero, someone who shines light in the darkest places, i have felt like all this is ment to be known all along, and i didnt see the pieces untill now, so i would like to say my opinion of god is a interpretation of someone that makes me feel and breath again

Hi Leon, I believe that there is a supreme essence, an all incompusing entity, neither male or female but an amorphous being in which everything is embodied. I do not see this essence as benevolent or wrathful, but responding to the quality of human you are. If you give the essence gives, if you are mean or spiteful then the essence reflects that also. Love and light to you ... Monk

I supose there is a G*d but by definition He would have to be more powerfull then us or He would not qualify as G*d. It is also assumed that He would be a lot nicer then us and would do all the things we are too self centered to do.
The Rosicrucians teach there is a conscience - yeah the proverbial guilty conscience - that guilds us. That is not logical or supported by scientific research. At one level it might even be seen as mocking G*d because it lowers Him to our level of morals and ignores the absolute.
At another level the Guilty Conscience is the one perennial that ever adapts to our growth and understanding and never goes away. If that is not an excellent example of G*d I do not know what is.

Hi Leon and All My thoughts are...I believe in God as much as God believes in me. I create God as much as God creates me. I do believe in a higher intelligence, this is God, in fact intelligence is not the right word but it’s the closest one I can describe it as. I believe God is not male or female either, indeed I don’t even think God is even a being. God just is. God is the name man gave this super consciousness. I also believe that this super consciousness is filtered into everyone and everything, so God is in us all, and is everything, as much as we are part of God and part of everything. I don’t know why or what God is, but that’s ok I don’t need to know, I am just happy and thankful that I have a deeper connection to something far more aware than I am, and that is enough, more than enough for me God Bless Love and Light

God may or may not exists. What all true mystics agree on is that we have to go beyond God. God is like boarding the ship when your real aim is to want to discover new continents.
