Do you fear change or do you embrace it? A lot of the problems of life occur to people who have trouble dealing with changes in their life. They may have to change jobs, move house, deal with the loss of a loved one or the end of a relationship. Life is forever changing. Do you embrace each day for what comes your way or do you fear what may happen next?

I am getting too old to deal with a lot of this I think. On the other hand I have to advantage of seeing and remember seeing much that did not work and begged for a reinvention. I can honestly say I saw it coming. I could not predict when or how but I just knew it had to change and I was going to be left behind if I lived in denial.
I have a perennial dream of returning from a very long journey. I am broke, my camera was stolen, I am all alone with no where to go; hoping my parents still remember me or are still alive. I awake and realize it happened and oddly in many ways that was my salvation. Because I am on the "other side" of the change riding the crest like a surfer.
But the ocean tides never rest ....and the storms will always keep coming. You just have to follow the currents to get anywhere.

I fear not having trust, and fear became my anxiety, knowing my fear was anxiety, i became friends with anxiety, now i can control anxiety/fear by controlling my thoughts or energy, depends if energy needs to chill or be embraced, knowing this helps me balance fear by self reflecting, also this can be creative when you believe in your mind, oppitunities become more open, music becomes louder, meaningfull, insights flood my mind, its really something to learn from, fear may have isolated me physically, then again fear has opened my heart, its difficult and still something im learning from.

Change for me is always about choice, but I will get to that in a minute.
We have been changing since the beginning of our existence here on earth and will continue to change after. It is all about how one sees change, as a good thing or a bad thing. If you see change as a bad thing then you will always fear it. Change for me is all about growth and learning, and I like that saying “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
I’m not saying that change is always easy, quite the opposite, sometimes change, especially sudden change can be devastating and you can end up questioning everything you have ever known, you can become disorientated and confused at times, but when you get over the shock of the change then you can start to look for the lesson or growth within it, and the choice because whether you can see it or not, there always is one. I have now learned to be ready for change, to except it no matter how hard it may be, and to try and learn from it as best as I can.
Change doesn’t always make sense at first, but you will see it is necessary in order to grow. The people who resist or fear change are the ones who are stuck, unable to move forward or face reality in some cases. I have also learned that sometimes one needs several changes in order to get them to move or to open their eyes. Another saying I like is “What will be will be”.
CHOICE: With change, comes choice, although you may not see it at first, but there is always choice. How you choose or make decisions is where you’ll discover the lessons in life, change is there to make sure you MAKE them choices. You can, and most definitely will, make the wrong choices, but then change will appear again so you can make (hopefully) better choices. Life will repeat as many changes as it takes for YOU to grow and learn.
I firmly believe that change is not only on this side of life either, but you will continue to experience change into and onto the afterlife. I like and can relate to what Gruntal said “Because I am on the "other side" of the change riding the crest like a surfer. But the ocean tides never rest ....and the storms will always keep coming. You just have to follow the currents to get anywhere.” Again we can learn to surf, sink or swim we will always have a choice, and although I’m not a surfer just yet I am sure getting better at swimming!
