Dear friends,
I ask you all if you would send your prayers and healing thoughts for my Auntie Peb who now lives in Melbourne Australia. She is the youngest of my mum's sisters and the only one left. She was only 15 when I was born and she is also my Godmother. I cannot express to you how much she means to me. Distance never dulled the strength of our love for each other and the closeness we had when I was growing up. In the summer of 2013 she was diagnosed with a fast growing aggressive brain tumour. She had surgery to remove most of it, but sadly, it was a malignant. The surgery saved her life at the time and the chemo has prolonged her life enough for her to spend precious quality time with her family. I ask for your love, prayers and healing for her. So she stays pain free, lucid enough to still share many precious moments and for her to have no fear and be ready for the next stage of her journey. I would love a miracle for her. I do believe they happen. But I accept what will be will be.
Can I also ask you to pray for her children, my cousins Sharon and Stuart, Stuart's wife Annie and their beautiful girls Rhiannon & Ashleigh. They are struggling right now. I can't be with them physically but I can be in love and spirit. I pray that they find comfort and support in each other and for the strength to cope in the days ahead. Below is one of my favourite pictures of us together taken a long time ago. But to me embodies all that I love about her and my love for her. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
