here is a wonderful video which gives me tingles and deeply relaxes me to gaze,its wonderful to be open and still feel between sleep and awake.
this will make sense if you know a little about reiki to understand ASMR and its relaxation method.
what is great about asmr combined with reiki is the energy and how its externally used and internally used, depends who recieving energy and who is transforming the energy.
