Earlier today I was highway driving. I was going between 20-30 km/h over the speed limit and I was rummaging through my purse on the floor. I completely went across the highway and into the ditch by time I realized what was happening. Out of panick I spun my wheel back onto the road and hit the break, I did a complete 360 burnout in the middle of the highway still at least going 100 km/h if not more. The spin took me into the ditch on the other side of the road and there I did another 360. All I could think about was "I'm going to flip." I ended up back on the road driving normal. I had to have flipped my car, especially tossing and turning at speeds like that, and down a ditch hill.. There was a police officer that was behind me which took immediate action. He said "Your lucky you're even alive right now." My car had no damage, and neither did I. Is this a sign of angels stepping in? I never heard, felt, or saw any spiritual presence. This was obviously a mistake I made here in the physical which may or may not have been part of the plan. How do angels do this kind of work so suddenly and silently? LOL. But I am thankful to be alive. With what happened, I should at least be in the hospital.
Anyone have any any own experiences of what were supposed to be freak accidents but it turned out as if nothing even occurred?

A tie rod in my 1968 Ford Mustang broke when I was pulling into a parking lot. The car was only about 7 years old at the time. Around then I was occaisonally going to Pasadena on the dreaded Foot Hill Freeway; losing control of the steering on that road would seem to have been fatal. Later I blew out the brakes on my 1964 Willys but was able to bump into a curb safely. ( Now I know why they dont make single stage master brake cylinders anymore ).
I'v been betrayed by people but never by machines. I like machines. People I am wary of. Althought in my mispent youth I did manage to run out of gas going to Bakersfield in the middle of the San Jaoquin Valley and a nice field worker rescued me with a gallon of gas. I never PUSHED those things afterwards; I learned prevention and responsibility so they would not happen again.
I like nicely machined metal precisely because it isn't alive and that to me makes it more reliable. But WHY are my machines so helpfull and don't brake down when I might need them the most? The odds do not make sense and I thought I was good at maths ......

Hi prepmack The forum is a bit quiet. So, let me share something here. Anyway, please bear with my English. :-) Around 30 years ago, I lived in the forest temple, to practice my mindfulness. It was located so far away from civilization. There were the forest fires so many times in the summer. I and a few of my friends (monks) had to patrol around the forest close to the temple. We didn’t have any tools except knives and sticks. What we could do was only cut down some trees (to separate the way of its spreading or change its course) before it came close. Once, while I was doing that, it turned out that the fire I had just put out was flared up again and surrounded me. I knew in that moment I had no way out. Suddenly I heard some voice, a deer’s voice? I knew before that there was one deer lived in the temple forest but never saw him/her before. I even didn’t know how the voice of a deer should be. The direction of the voice came from the vast elephant grass field. I hesitated for a few second because the grass was so dense and dry and it was so vast. But I had no time to have a second thought. I put down my knife and stick on the spot and crawl into the grass field. I knew somehow that was very stupid idea but I really had no other choice. About 10-15 minutes later I could crawl out of the grass field. And when I looked back the deadly fire was following me. But that time I had more space to find the way to escape…. Hours later, I went back to where I dropped my knife and stick. I only found the blade of my knife buried deep down under the ashes. No need to mention about my stick. The area around that turned into the ashes field. That deer really saved my life. But I never known if he survived that fire or not. Worse than that, if he really survived, he might not survive any more. Because if some villagers saw him (he hided in the forest temple because of this very reason), well… :-(

I had a vision when I was younger that convinces me there is something else.To me its a shame why these experiences don't happen to more people otherwise there would be a lot more faith around than there is at the moment.
