Has anyone mastered this? Can you share the process of mastering the colours? How long did it take you? Can you see full layered auras around people naturally? Do you have to focus? What are the beginning stages like? I recently took interest in auras after accidentally catching a second long glimpse (if that) of a bright purple color radiating off my thumb as I turned my phone on in a pitch black basement. I also recently took a photo where my eyes registered something off about the photo. I altered the colouring to get a better look, and sure enough, an aura hugging my body! I'll attach the photo so you can have a little look. I just finished practising my first aura session in my bathroom against my white door and within 2 minutes - if that! I seen exactly the glow around me just like in the photo. Yet way more bright! So if anyone has aura experience, please share your thoughts and guidance with me so I can achieve it as well!

Hi Mack, It is lovely to hear your enthusiasm for developing your psychic/spiritual awareness. I find the subject of auras fascinating. It sounds as if you are doing all the right things in trying to see auras more clearly. It is believed the ability to see auras and enhance psychic awareness can be improved by activating or opening up the third eye, or the sixth chakra. This can be done through meditation and visualisation. I like to visualise my chakras as rose buds. To open them I connect to the divine universal energy. Through imagining it as a pulsating ball of light above my head. To help with this I think of the sun shining brightly. You then imagine this ball of light pour down liqued sunshine onto the top of your head. As it fills your head and starts to move down through your body, as it goes, it opens up the rose buds into full bloom flowers. Each chakra is also represented by a colour. Crown 7th chakra is purple or white, Brow (third eye) 6th chakra is Indigo, Throat 5th chakra is Blue, Heart 4th chakra is Green/Pink, Solar plexus 3rd chakra is Yellow, Sacral 2nd Chakra (below bellow button)Orange/Brown and Root 1st chakra is Red. To intuitively sense if these chakras are balanced, working properly I see them as swirling vortices a bit like a catherine wheel. If they are moving too fast they are overactive, too slowly underactive. It should be steady and rhythmic. There are also visualisation techniques you can use to cleanse them. Which if you ask I can give you a visualisation exercise for doing. But there is loads of information online for this. So you might want to explore them to help you develop your own technique. Lastly, I would just like to remind you about grounding and protection when doing any kind of psychic/spiritual practice. Even meditation. Grounding is to stop you from feeling light headed and a bit spaced out. It reinforces your connection to the earth; And protection is to protect your auric field from any negative energy or spirit entities. I look forward to reading more of your posts. Love and light Kaz

For the most part just keep practicing. All of the colors mean something about the person that you look at. Keep records about what you see and what is going on with that person. Keep records of how you yourself feel , what did you consume that day and strong were your abilities that day. Sometimes when I am trying to see these things I put colored pieces of paper on a white wall. I look at them for some time and then take them away and see the color on the wall after the paper is removed. It is a good practice for people who have never seen an aura.

Hi Ishta, I love the idea of putting coloured paper on the wall to practice, I will definitely try that. As a rule I don't see much in the way of colour, more a silvery shimmer with the odd flash of colour. But I can 'feel' the energy of the aura with my hands. I close my eyes and intuite the colours that way. Your suggestion I think will help me to develop the seeing part better. So thank you for sharing. Love and light Kaz
