This is what my main spirit guide told me recently.
Wisdom=experience+discernment. Wisdom and Faith are within. God expects both.
Strength=Determination+Experience
Perception=Wisdom+Effort |

When one makes contact with the Holy Spirit by say the spiritual exercises or a mantra repeting God name with love in your heart one has or makes contact with the Holy Spirit thus spirit guide one in the proper channel, one doesent here a voice, but has a urge or nudge to do something or may have a new thought or good thought on what to do. Plus the Spirit of God gives one divine love to one that slowly grows in one, and by doing the spiritual exersize one starts it purifacation proses to experence the Light and Sound of God

not bad, mine always tells me, conscienceness with momentum is energy and energy with momentum is manifestation.
