I always talk to God. It is something I do to heal my anxieties. Lately, sometimes when I talk to Go about why something went a certain way, I would speak out reasons of maybe why and then all of a sudden, chills overcome be and the hairs on my arms stand up right. Is this God's way of ultimate confirmation and that he is listening? I maybe just answered my own question but has anyone else experienced this?

Hi dreamer,
I often experience the sensations you describe when I feel spiritual energy. I would take it as an affirmation that spirit in the form of a loved one passed over or God is present when you feel this. It is done out of love and to reassure you that you are not alone in your troubles and that you are being watched over.
Love and light Kaz

When I was young my dad taught me many things, but there is one that I will never forget. He showed me a feeling that I could have when I heard a truth. We call it the chill of conformation. It is my guide or my higherself telling me to pay attention. It is real.

Hi Dreamer, I just love your post! I can also relate to you, Kaz and Ishtahota. I experience what I like to call ‘Spiritual Vibrations’ when I sense God's essence or the Angels are communicating with me. The vibrations can and do vary depending on the spiritual connection. They are like a ‘silent’ hum deep within my body, and depending on which angel is communicating, the vibrations can sometimes be so strong that my skin will tingle. I have also experienced the ‘Chills’ and for me I usually experience that when an angel has physically touched me or my aura. I can often break out in Goosebumps or the hairs on my arms or back of neck will stand and I will usually give a quick little ‘shiver’ as an automatic acknowledgment. I love what Kaz said “It is done out of love and to reassure you that you are not alone in your troubles and that you are being watched over.” And I agree with Ishtahota’s comment “It is my guide or my higher self telling me to pay attention.” I usually I try and pay particular attention to either what was just said or to how I was feeling at the time. Sometimes you may feel the ‘chills’ can happen for no apparent reason, but I have learned that there is always a reason, and it’s up to each person to determine, and trust me you will not go wrong as deep down you are guided, which I think you already know Thank you for sharing my friend. Love and light and continued ‘Spiritual Chills’

Talk to yourself at least once a day…otherwise, you may miss a meeting with an excellent person!

Talking to GOD & Talking to the spirit are two opposite directions of a same road. Usually what happens is that we tend to make certain boundaries of acceptance and rejections within us, & classify the circumstances/situations according to our own choice of likings & dis-likings.
This is something we call as Hypo-thetical phenomena of pre-assumptions that floats in our minds.
Rather than this, when we say we are talking to someone (name it as GOD / SPirit / Soul / Sub-Consciousness); it actually the conscious being trying to get himself/herself connected to the sub-conscious part of world life.
It's the same experience as we get while we are in a deep sleep. Even science has also accepted the changes that they have seen in persons condition before and after sleep.
Coming back to your point of feelings and sensations in the spiritual journey. WEll

I recently had an experience of chills while meditating. I was reciting a mantra, om namo narayanaya, meaning "absolute devotion to the sustainer of all". Suddenly, my back straightened, my breathing and voice became calm and measured, and I focused on a spot on the wall just above my eyes, which seemed to be glowing, though the room was dark. I felt at peace, as if the sustainer was sustaining me in prayer. I stayed like that for ten minutes, and after the meditation felt overjoyed. I hope to have many more experiences like this as I grow in my spirituality. They're tantalizing suggestions that we're progressing on our journey

I have been experiencing a lot of chills lately when I talk with people about the Holy Spirit and Jesus. They pop up all over my body and the people I'm witnessing to see them! It's an amazing visual to them of what the Holy Spirit can do!

Hi all. I agree with what has been said by everyone here. I myself do experience goosebumps/chills whenever I am praying and the Holy Spirit flows through me. I also experience it when angels are with me. I take it as confirmation that they are near, they hear me and are helping me. I have had angels wrap their wings around me, brush against my arm, caress my cheeks, rug on my hair softly ro give me signs that they are with me. Recently they have began leaving feathers to let me know they are with me and to confirm the messages they give me. It is an amazing feeling full of the purest love and Divine Light. I also receive messages by numbers that are constantly repeated and once I pay attention and look up the message related tobthe numbers I get goosebumps. Has anyone else received messages through angel numbers? I hope this helps. I enjoy sharing my experiences. And absolutely love this forum. God bless, Love and light to you all, Jazelle

I feel the Holy Spirit often when witnessing, learning Gods way or reading his word. Often during Praise and worship, giving more of my will to Jesus etc. I am not trying to mock or belittle God because I LOVE God Jesus and the Holy Spirit soooo much! They saved me from a true disaster of a life that I wanted nothing more than to end until recently I found Jesus! I have a weird experience I actually feel the same chills and even trembling sometimes as I urinate....so strange. I do not believe that anything else other than spiritual can produce these feelings as I have never felt them before other than spiritually. I feel it every time as well, and only during urination not defecation, as well as I am 30 years old and never for 29 1/2 years ever experienced it while urinating. Although, I disagreeumption is I have had bladder problems and I feel that he is healing me so that I can urinate properly as I used to have problems going fully. Regardless I know it is the Holy Spirit and I love the sensation no matter how it appears and when.

Absolutely! Lately whenever I think or read upon Angels, I get a tingling sensation run from the back of my head all the way down my back. I'm not 100% certain it's confirmation from my Angels, but I love to believe it is. It's too much of a coincidence to not be!

It means a loved one in spirit passes over you or touches you. That lets you know they are listening to your problems and send you love that its okay. :'-)

God comunacates through the Holy Spirit only. The Word of God is the Holy Spirit, when it does connect with us it will raise our viberations, and at first it may do what you said. But after awhile you'll get use to It, but then here a ringing in your ears, and a feeling of love and an awerness of your situation or answer
