Does God Mark People

I while Ago I was drawing at my desk when all of a sudden I felt someone scratching on my thumb - like someone was drawing on my thumb. I looked down at my thumb and it had a mark on it. The mark is a lambda. The Greek symbol for L. I could tell it was something spiritual.

Does anybody know why this happened? Does God mark people? I hope you guys can help me understand the meaning behind this?

This is really interesting to me because the closest Ive ever heard of anything like that happening to anyone is stigmata, but from what you described this seems to be nothing like that. I really dont know what it means or why its happening. Though from what you describe it sounds like a positive experience. Maybe someone on the forum has some familiarity with this and can provide insight.

Yeah it is positive... I was starting to think it has something to do with a covenant with God. That's all I can think of. But I don't know much about covenants.
