Spiritual growth refers to evolving your thoughts and beliefs about who you are and the world in which you live.
1. Meditation is a state of consciousness in which the mind is free from intrusive thoughts and negative thinking. It is about focusing on the present moment by placing your undivided attention on one particular object, sound, vision, moment or simple breathing.
2. Prayer is a powerful tool used by many religions to help believers communicate with God. Accordingly, praying to God can help believers feel better.
3. Try to keep a positive mindset focus on the good things and close your mind to the negatives. You cannot change what you do not have control over, but you can control your thoughts and the way you choose to think about certain situations.
4. Fasting is a part of many religions, and a way to grow spiritually. For instance, Lent for Christians or Ramadan for Muslims have traditionally been central to the purification of the soul and spiritual growth.
