I have decided to set aside the other dreams, and there is this one dream that felt like a adventure about one specific tower. This tower is massive, I literally lost count on how many floors there were inside. The most rememberable part of the tower was the entry staircase, as the staircase was a golden biege color. I estimate it was probably about 30-40 steps deep with one thick railing on the side. The staircase was about six or seven meters wide, but for some unknown reason I slide down the railing where on the left of me was a huge hole so deep it was pitch black when you look down. I successfully made it, only to find that the walls ahead of me were a stone like color and a gradual slope that went down on my left. I been traveling down further and started to notice hundreds of thoughsands of miles of empty prison cells of some sort. I as there were series of smaller staircases going down on each side of this massive hole, It got darker and I was starting to get worried about keeping going down. There was absolutely no one there but myself. what seemed like forever the cells seemed to be color coded, from red, blue, orange, yellow and purple, but don't remember the order. I finnally made it to the very last feet of stairs where there was a dead end, I really did not want to fall into that hole, and ussually I am scared of hieghts. There was one last lone platform, which could only be reached by jumping. I don't know where I got the guts to even attempt to jump that gap at that time, but somehow managed to get on, without falling into the never ending pit. The platform seemed to start rising, and for confort I held on this soft bar attached to the plateform, eventually rising seeing all those cells again and ended up seeing light outside. The only thing is that the top of this tower there was a bell mounted in the center, and I saw vast lands covered in vegitation and was shocked to find that I never really fell below ground level and thought I was underground or something when I was going down that tower. This dream sort of was signifigant for future dreams because I have lost my fear of massive never ending holes in the ground, and was a step towards being able to have a limited control over my dreams. I even keep others from falling into the big holes whenever I am faced with them in a dream by my ability to hover over them without falling. I just thought this was a very interesting dream, and for some reason I progress through dreams like I would at anything, basically get better at overcoming nightmares, or figuring out how to control them by defying physics, positive thinking or thinking the opposite thing of what I want if things seem to happen that way. I should draw some pictures of this magnificient towers and castles, could be good for adventure stories or something along those lines. __________________________________________ Update Here is a image of the upper levels of this tall tower postimage.org/image/ju6aitpyf/

Hi Jacob In dream symbology, the tower represents spiritual power, point of clarity, vision. The size of the tower, would indicate the sheer size and potential within you spiritually. The many levels within the tower are literally symbolic of the many levels, facets within you. As you enter the tower, you are aware of a staircase. Staircases represent the direction you are going in, in life. Note the condition of the stairs, are they rickety and unsafe or are they strong. This is an indication of your well being and the conditions you are experiencing in life at the moment. The impression I get from your description of the stairs in your dream are that they are wide and strong. So all very positive. I was fully expecting you to say that you were ascending the staircase in your dream, so it was interesting to read that you were descending. Descending a staircase usually denotes a going back wards rather then forwards in life. It maybe that in some way you are reverting back to old habits and ways of behaviour. There is a dark hole to the left of you. To see a dark hole in a dream, is connected to the unknown part of the self that you are facing. A hole also indicates that something needs repairing, or your thought processes are lacking in some way. Something you are not seeing. Falling into a hole would indicate a pitfall of some kind ahead of your own making if you do not exercise some caution. In your dream you do avoid falling into the hole, but it is there in the atmosphere around you. So be aware and think carefully about any decisions you make at this time. Try not to act hastily or impulsively. As you carry on descending, you keep coming up against walls. These represent blocks or obstacles. You may also have become a little rigid and locked in by your thoughts and idea's. You have decided what something means and you are not prepared to be more open minded, seeing things one way. The dream is showing you that walls need to be torn down or removed and this can be done by being less tunnel visioned about your current beliefs and idea's. You get to the bottom of the staircase and realise you have come to a dead end. In otherwise you have hit the ultimate block. You cannot go forward any further without changing your environment. In dream language, this is about creating an inner shift in your thinking. The different colours you are seeing as you descend, metaphysically could be connected to the chakra system. Indicating that there is work that needs to be done on these areas. There is information connected to the chakras, and what they represent on our Alternative healing and therapies board, if you should wish to learn more about them. At the bottom of the staircase, you cannot go on any further, so look around to see what your options are. You see a platform, which you decide to jump onto. This for me is about taking a leap of faith, taking a risk to get yourself out of this situation. You have hit a dead end and effectively stopped any further progress. Can you see where I am going with this. Taking a leap of faith is all about changing direction, not sure of where you will get to or land, but having faith it will help you to get out of the boxed in situation you have arrived at. When you land on the platform, it starts to rise. You are ascending, and are now starting to make upward progress. This is all metaphorical and connected to your progress in life. It takes you up and up and you come out of the darkness and start to see the light. What a wonderful analogy. Light represents the wisdom of God, power, energy, the ability to see and understand. The Christ light within. For me at last you are going in the right direction. If I understand it correctly, when you stop rising you step out onto the top of the tower, where you see a bell, mounted at its centre. Bells in dreams are wonderful symbols. They represent, attunement, awakening to new insight, centering and harmonising with the divine consciousness. It is also a signal to be alert and sensitive to forthcoming experiences, or to another dream message. The land around you is full of vegetation. Trees and plants all symbolise individual growth and development through life. Fields represent, rest and relaxation. All in all a very powerful dream Jacob, I am not sure if how I see it is quite how you viewed it. But I hope I have given you something to think about, an insight to what the dream symbols represent on another level. This is simply my interpretation of your dream, so please only take from it that which is meaningful to you and leave the rest. Love and light Kaz
