Dear Friends,
I did an Angel Meditation this morning and saw a golden celestial being in what looked similar to a tree trunk but golden in colour, I was able to see the figure of a humanoid being with fairly large black almond shaped eyes and although I was startled at first by their appearance I was not frightened. The closer I looked at their eyes the more I was drawn into them and as I looked deeper I could see that is was the cosmos that lay behind them. I was able to see stars in the distance and then our solar system and then other solar systems and again I was drawn out so far that I was outside of the universe and in what seemed to be another universe where what I had just witnessed earlier was starting to unfold again in my mind within this new universe and this continued several times over and over going faster and faster each time until there was total blackness, and I felt like I was so minuscule in this vastness of everything, but although I felt so tiny I knew that all of what I was shown would not be possible without me, my essence.
At some point I fell asleep and I have no idea of when the meditation ceased and the dream started or even if they merged at all. When I awoke I could remember everything with total clarity and so I am sharing this with you now as it was unfolded to me. This dream/message/knowing has been shown to me a total of 3 times now. I would be very interested to hear your comments on it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Dear Lorraine, What a beautiful meditation, how blessed you were to receive it. I have had a similar sense of being connected to all that is, the earth and the cosmos. Not in the way you have experienced it, but through different ways. When I was about 13 years old, I had read a book about Tibetan monks and their mediation practices. Yes even at that age, I was a bookworm and fascinated by anything paranormal or spiritual. that and watching Mr Spock meditating on Star Trek..lol I decided, I wanted to try it for myself. I seemed to slip into a state of stillness very quickly, strange when you think how busy a child's mind is. But also children can be extremely focused when its something that interests them. Also we have less to worry about, so not so much distracting mental chatter. I started to see the stars out in space. I felt myself moving amongst them, and slowly the speed picked up and I was moving extremely fast. I felt as if I was a star, but I also felt that I was connected to all the other stars around me. I must admit at this point, I got scared, I suddenly had a fear that I could not get back into my body, and suddenly snapped out of it. I tell you it was a good few years before I tried it again. I don't know what I expected, but a trip into outer space, wasn't it. Another time, I was dreaming and I was sat on the grass outside. It was night time, I was looking up at the stars, (they have always fascinated me) and under my hands I could feel this deep rumbling like a vibration. The sound got louder, and I then felt myself moving backwards very fast. It was as if I was spinning with the earth's orbit. It was incredibly strange and a bit scary, but it was as if all my senses expanded to encompass the earth, and gravity had no affect on me and so I spun as the earth was spinning. There have been a few other experiences like this, a sense of not having my body, but being pure awareness and part of the environment. Each time it has left me with a profound sense of our connection to everything around us. I look forward to hearing what the others think, and if they too have experienced anything similar. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful experience. Love and light Kaz

Hey Lorraine,
As I read your post I was reminded of something that happened to me years ago. This was not a meditation event but I think you'll see the similarity. One night we were awakened by all the dogs in our neighborhood going completely crazy. I got up and looked out a back window to see what was going on. At the edge of my backyard there were some small trees, and I saw what I thought was the moon glowing off the trunk of one of these trees. I looked closer and realized there was no moon and there were no trees where I saw this faint glow. I watched for awhile before I got a warning. I more "felt" this message than heard it. "Do not be afraid," said the voice in my head, "But do not come outside." I watched for a little longer before going back to bed.
A few years later we attended a UFO convention that came through our town. A well dressed gentleman could tell we had a story so he finally coaxed us into taping our story. After listening to our tale he told us that he investigated UFO sightings and that the "glowing tree trunk" phenomena was prevalent in a lot of places.
I'm definitely not saying you were talking to an alien, but who better to show us the stars than those who may travel amongst them.
Namaste
