1 “Its part of karma of your ego resisting your ego by disturbing you ego” This is explained more clearly in the following quotes. This is the dissatisfaction felt in trying to actuate in a secular lifestyle. And is the operand of automatic karma which causes growth even if you don't seek it;

Hi Jessie,
I am sure this will be an interesting post. But could you clarify what you mean when you say “Its part of karma of your ego resisting your ego by disturbing you ego”.
Love and light Kaz

Sorry about the brevity. If you do not suffer you do not grow. You have to know the difference between the spiritual path and the secular path. And you have to experience it first hand or you just won't get it. I think if you are born with good karma you catch on very quickly about suffering and just want to stop that from happening to people. If you are not that lucky you will probably go through a very difficult period before you just don't want anything to do with the negativity. So by suffering (so you understand) your ego(Satan in Christianity) affects you ego(basic human drive to go towards pleasure and away from pain) to improve your ego(The god spark that is in all of us). So even if you don't willing seek self improvement or even seek the negative, you will suffer; So this process goes on anyway (automatic karma)

I am going to have a stab at saying it in a completely different way.
By accepting suffering and take responsibility for it, because of my complicity in it, I can improve myself and reduce my suffering. If I avoid suffering or taking responsibility the cycle of suffering just goes on.
Corrections are welcome.

I think you nailed it, markings. This also illuminates the 3rd Noble Truth.
