Hello dear ones, as a chef i want to talk with you about food There is so much i like to do ( hunger for family time, information, empathy, spiritual evolution, relaxation, centering, connection with loved ones, playand so forth) and enjoy these days, that often i dont know how to get all this hunger satisfied. I have 2 lil kids and a Lady that i love to the full extent. I could spend all day to hike the forests with them and I love to spend hours and hours, indulging into spiritual lectures, chat room, forum, videos and phone calls and I am working more than 40 hours a week as a chef to feed my family and to keep them a lil place with a tiny house which is still not ready... I tried cutting back on sleep but that works for me only for a few days... How do u guys cope with this challenge? thanks for your openmindedness, love and light, Heinrich

Dear Carl, I can relate to what you are feeling, having brought up a family of my own. Like you, I tried very hard to find time for the things I was interested in, but the demands of family and working life can make it difficult. But I did manage to find time to pursue my own interests, reading particularly when the children were asleep and when they were older out playing. They grew up being very aware of my interest in healing and mediumship and so for them it all seemed very natural. I think they benefited from it, because it made them open too. I remember when my youngest son Sebastian was only 4 years old, coming to sit with me as I was feeling unwell and had a headache. He put his little hands up too my head and felt I was hot and he held his hands a couple of inches away from me and sat there with his eyes closed. When I asked him what he was doing, he said "I am healing you mummy". It was so sweet and I marveled at how matter of fact he was about it. My advice to you Carl, is not to worry about it, you will find opportunities to have time for yourself. It will happen naturally. I believe everything in life, work, home, family provide a wonderful opportunity for spiritual growth. It is the best classroom there is. You may get frustrated at times, but truly, without a loving and happy home life, you will not find that you will learn or grow any faster. In fact, many have sacrificed this in there own selfish pursuits and found life to be very lonely and not worth what they gave up. You may not realise it, but what you may perceive as the demands on your time, are the foundations from which you will grow. Your patience, your empathy, your sensitivity to others, will all stem from these life experiences. Love and light Kaz

I couldn't have said it any better Kaz. Carl I agree with Kaz... enjoy your family and all you do for them... remember that you are a part of that family too so what you do for them you do for yourself too. Let go of the worries of integrating everything... that 'worry' is using up valuable energy that you could use elsewhere Is good to see you here on the forum... God bless, Silvia
