We are born with nothing and when we die we leave this world with nothing. But if you could take one thing with your from this life to the next, what would you take with you?

Leon i feel you question is moot because it does not encompass the scope of what heaven is. The bible says that heaven is wonderful beyond the ability of our imagination to concieve. We can all think of some pretty fantastic paradises (most of which are beyond the topics limit of this chat room) and they are milk toast in relation to how wonderful heaven really is. So in summation there is nothing you have that would be of any consequence in heaven.

There is one thing I plan on taking with me when I pass. An answer. I believe that when I die I will face a panel on some astral level. They will ask me one question and my answer will determine my rebirth position. The question is this, "Did you learn anything?". After careful thought I can look them straight in the eyes and say "Yes". "What?" they will ask. "I have learned to love unconditionally." Hopefully they will believe me.

It is really hard to answer that question when the worlds definition for the word heaven is way off. Heaven is not a reward for good little boys and girls when this life is over. Most people can only reach heaven when this life is over and they step into the light. Heaven is not a place, it is a state of awakened, non-dualistic consciousness that we can have here and now, if we will only do the work to fully awaken. It is what we all long for, but we can not see it or even comprehend it with our present state of awareness.
