The Dalai Lama has been said to call Jesus a Bodhisattva, which means enlightened being. Some say Jesus is God himself, and others say Jesus is the son of God. How do you see Jesus?

I tend to see Jesus sort of like the character in the Ray Bradberry novel that was a mutant that wasn't expected to happen and confounded the future as predicted when a Selden Crisis occured. Harry Selden (in the novel) had a mathmatical analysis of the world so perfect he could predict things long after his death. Except he could not predict mutants or abberations.
Then again it has been suggested by studying the Great Pyramid of Giza that earth cycles occur at times known very well by the ancients and given the EXACT time in the cosmos for something to happen it would invariably.
However Gregg Braden postulated every so often some one does something that nobody else undertands and the very act of doing it by the one enables everybody to see and understand. That is sort of like evolution but in sudden increments.
If this seems a bit contradictory the translations of the Bible gives very conflicting referances by the Messiah himself as the Son of God and sometimes as the Son of Man. The idea that both are separate might only be convenient if you considered events only in the present tense. An interesting unconventional translation of "I am what I am" is "I am what I will become". But I doubt if the English language even has a verse tense to explain this.

when Jesus walked the earth there became a new covenant between God and man. the Lord no longer wanted sacrifice but rather mercy. he wanted us to love one another. this involves conquering the ego and i find Buddhism very helpful for this. we are caught in our own trap so our plots fall back on us. Some of us have to pay for our bloodline. Even Buddhism says bad karma may befall a person when they are far removed from the original offense. This can go back five generations but generational curses can be removed. It requires prayer and fasting along with a healer. i did this myself and feel much better. i am finally clean. i have shed all the negativity. i serve the Lord and pray constantly. i have become meek with the power of Jesus in my life. but remember the first commandment, put no other God before me. that means give Jehovah the credit for the power Jesus has. There are also many aspects of God. Yahway Rophe is the God that heals me. Ask him to heal any problems you might have. If you belong to Jesus you can bind any negative being and ask Jesus to cast it into the pit. I see Jesus as the savoir. a mile marker in the history of man where the new covenant started. Where we can see the law God wrote on our hearts. that is our consciounce and it tells us right from wrong. That is how i know what things from other beleifs i can use.

How do I see Jesus… hmmm . I’ve always seen Jesus as an example of how we should live, what we are capable of, and an example of unconditional love.
I was very privileged once to actually ‘see’ Jesus… it happened many years ago… in the middle of the night. I woke up from a dead sleep to see a being of light at the foot of the bed… the room was pitch black (must have been a new moon night as there was not moonlight coming through the window either)… at first I wondered what and who this light being was… as I focused on what I was seeing I began to see details within the light… I saw the outline of the crown of thorns on his head (made of light), where flesh should have been (hands and face) the light was more intense, his robe was white as well, with less intensity… needless to say I was in ‘awe’ and in that moment he imprinted upon me that ‘everything will be okay’… and then he was gone… I remember wondering why with as bright as he was, the room was still dark… was an experience I’ll never forget… and I guess everything did turn out to be okay… because I really can’t even remember what was going on in my life at that time… I know life at that time was full of turmoil but exactly what I couldn’t tell you… it’s like that time of my life has been erased and this sighting is the only thing I remember and carry with me.
So for me Jesus is the embodiment of God’s love for us and is there for us all the time, we just have to accept him.
God bless, Silvia

I see a multifaceted Jesus. However this came to me one night so I wrote it down.
As Jesus carried his cross to Calvary he stumbled. The angry crowd took the opportunity to mock him and laugh at his suffering. Jesus wept. A child came out of the crowd. "Sir, why do you weep? Is it because your are going to die?" "No," Jesus said. "Is it because you are in pain." Again, Jesus shook his head slowly. "Is it because of what these people are doing to you?" asked the child. "No, child," Jesus said. "I weep because they are doing this to themselves."
This summed it up for me.
