When life troubles you and you are lost to know what to do next, what do you follow, your heart or your mind?
Which one should you follow, which one will bring the greatest clarity, or should we use both together?

it's' the heart that leads us to the truth. I feel that our mind is here for the physical world but our hearts drive us to the truth (or the love) that propels us in the spiritual world. It is with my heart that I speak to my guides and the universe as a whole. It is from my heart when I send out a wish for my self or for another - certainly not from my mind.

I agree, your heart tells you what you feel, and your subconscious tells you whether it is morally right or wrong, so listen to your heart. Your mind tells you what you should feel and makes value judgements on any decision you may make and therefore the decision made is not the real you Sylvie

we should be one whose heart and mind is one... it is one i think.. the difference is when we are confused over a situation like mummy has said bath first then eat breakfast but i am hungry so i will think that my mind says its good to bath first but my heart says eat first what to follow? or i know reading negative things disturb me so if i am reading n its interesting i feel my heart says read it it will not effect u and mind will say 'quit' but think Leon
is really mind and heart different or we need something to hide our true conscious , true me which always say right.. and we know that very well what is right within us .. its just we are not following that... we should pray god to give us energy to follow right path... and even if we cant for some exception then we should pray god to forgive us this time ... but i will remember this and not repeat this again ... just a promise...
at last if your mind and heart is fighting leon then follow your conscious because that is god speaking right for u ... i may be wrong ... i am not always right... i just felt so...
