Hi, I had a dream a few weeks ago that was so spiritually scary that I woke up and called my estranged husband to help get back to sleep.
I can't remember most of it, but the ending is what got to me. I was in what seemed to be my condo because it felt familiar to me. It was very dark in there and I believe very quiet. All I remember is that several "somethings" had me pinned down to my bed. I say "somethings" because they weren't people. They were bad though, something I hated. It seemed like I was going to try my might to get them out once and for all. I was fighting them they were something bad that had been in my house for awhile and I decided to fight them to get them out. We fought, they pinned me down and I was yelling "get out get out." I yelled so hard (like one of those deep gutteral yells) that I started yelling in real life (it woke my dog up) and tossling in my bed. In my dream I either witnessed them leaving or I could feel them leaving.
Anyway, what woke me up from the dream is that I then heard (this may sound crazy, but totally true) loud bumping in between the walls. No one else was in the condo but me and my daughter who I ran to see if it was her. She was sound asleep. It wasn't the neighbors next door because on the other side of the wall is my bathroom. My husband didn't believe me but it's true...I know what I heard. It scared me so much I couldn't go back to sleep...I was literally scared to close my eyes.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Dee

Dear Dee,
Welcome to the Dream Board.
In dream symbolism your condo (your house) is YOU the dreamer. It represents the self. The rooms within the house, represent different aspects or facets of you. Your personality, your hopes and dreams, the face you present to the world and how you wish to be seen.
You are in your bedroom. The bedroom represents the unconscious, where we rest, where we dream and the sensual aspect, intimate relationships of the dreamer. In the dream you felt as if several 'somethings' were pressing down upon you. These represent aspects of the intimate part of your life, personal issues, that you feel pressurised by. Pushing you down, may indicate that you feel pushed down by them, smothered, suffocated by them in your waking life.
I do know a little about your personal circumstances, but even if I didn't this would tell me that it is your personal relationships that is the area of your life that you are struggling with at the moment. They manifest in this frightening way, because that is how you feel at the moment. Trying as hard as you can to push them away from you, you are struggling to do so. Does this make sense to you?
You say, that you feel that something bad has been in your house for a while now. These dark oppressive feelings have been with you for quite some time! How they make you feel about yourself, you hate. You put up quite a struggle to get them off you. Now I would say, that this is a positive sign. Because you are really trying hard to get rid of their affects.
Sometimes, fighting something does not help us. It just makes us become more deeply entangled in the problem. I would say, that a different way of dealing with any problems in this area is the way to go forward. Face your fears, don't fight them. Fighting simply gives them more negative energy. Look at your fears and try to understand them. How did they come about? What was your part in this and what do you have to do to let go of them. Understanding sheds clarity upon a situation, and often gives us a understanding of how to move forward.
The sound you heard in your bedroom when you woke up, could well have been your own heart beat that you were hearing in your ears Dee. You were extremely stressed and anxious. Adrenaline pumping hard and blood pressure raised. It is very common, to hear noises in the head when this happens. You project the sound outward, as a manifestation of your fears. Next time you wake suddenly from a dream. Take your time to slow your breathing down. Breathe slowly and deeply. This will help. There is nothing in your house to be afraid of.
I hope this helps to shed some light on your dream Dee. This is only my interpretation. Please only take from it, that which is meaningful to you and simply leave the rest.
Love and light Kaz

Hi Kaz,
WOW!!! This is not what I expected to hear. Your interpretation was a definite eye opener!!! Everything you said make total sense. Of course you know the struggles with my husband I have and I never imagined that it had anything to do with my relationship with him. You mentioned to try and figure out my part in all of this and this fits in with what Leon helped me figure out yesterday. Already I'm starting to feel a little bit of release regarding my troubles. Today is the first day (in 3 days) that I don't have a headache. 100% of what you interpreted was very meaningful to me. I never thought that the each room in the house had a significant meaning. Honestly my interpretation was that there were evil spirits on me and I finally got them off of me. But your interpretation has given me a lot more insight to what is really going on. I will reread it a few more times to try and understand! Thanks so much Kaz
Sincerely, Dee
