It's understood. There's plenty near, around and above for lovely Life-Progress. Almost all of us have books of help for oneself. Myself, I've authored and published 18 spiritual books for humanity.
It's interesting. As for centuries, lovely wisdoms have come to us through Europe. Here's a biggee, in a few words.
