Spiritual dreams?

2010 was a tough year for me. I had been away from my husband for almost a year as he had moved to Canada. We were newlyweds at the time. My dog became very ill and passed away during that period... I was very stressed, scared, felt lonely, lost etc.

Shortly after my dog died, I had two dreams that I remember very well. I was sitting in a room with quite a few people... the room was dull... grey walls I think... and I looked at the ceiling and saw two doves flying in a circle directly above me... I could see through them. They were like a blue transparent flame.

Second dream: I dreamt that Jesus was high above and his blood was pouring all over me. I woke up seconds after. These dreams are very important to me and I will always remember them.

I always wondered if there's a hidden meaning.
