hello everybody
Im new to all this and very interested and fasinated by it all! I have recently been to a church and loved it (if thats the right words to use?) I was wondering about the feeling I got while there which was th feeling that i couldnt breath and felt heavy?? Also i recieved meessages but as i am new I am not a very good listener Is there anything that i can do to try and relax and listen properly to my messages? I tend to zone in on a certain thing said and also feel I dont know many of my loved ones or have forgotten memories? Does this make sence?
thanks

I don't understand how you could love your new church experience, but had difficulty breathing and feeling heavy. Could it be that your mind tells you one thing and your body or emotions tell you something else? Did you go with somebody that you were trying to please? Or did you think that you must attend for your betterment? I think it is important that you do not override your feelings or reactions of your body. Is this tension something that is familiar to you from other experiences in your life? You can do the homework and trace it back. What do you get out of being split or at odds with yourself? When you pay attention to yourself and stay conscious, you can begin to integrate your day to day life into a continuous stream that has no break or lapses. When you find that you are "spacing out", gently remind yourself to breathe and come back to the here and now. Breath is good in meditation and in reclaiming ourselves in the moment. Carry a small notebook and write down your feelings, messages and insights. You are a sacred totality. You have everything you need to navigate thru this life with health and wholeness.♡
