Hello Elrick, It is lovely to meet you. Welcome to The God Light.. I would agree, with Leon's comments, you will fit right in here. I have read your previous two replies to the Spiritual Questions section. I found them to be extremely interesting and well thought out. You appear to have an extremely good understanding of the interaction and dynamics of the different aspects of consciousness and the human psyche. I am more of a feeling, emotional person, though I do try to intellectualise my experience, sometimes it can be difficult, to find the the right words. It is nice to see that you can do this so beautifully. I am sure you will enjoy the interaction on the forum. We also have a chat room. If you ever have the time, it would be nice to speak to you there. I look forward to reading your posts and getting to know you better. Love and light Kaz

Thank you Leon and Kaz for a warm welcome. I value that.
Kaz, for what I have read from your contributions I detect a well sustained balance between your emotional self and your intellectual self. This is something I have always endeavoured to achieve without positive results. I have learned to accept myself as a thinking type of person but somewhat detached or hampered from being in touch with feelings, though I am aware of their manifestation. I think that in embracing my nature as is, I am missing something rich in human experience.
So there seems to be no solution except to try and accept each moment in its particular configuration and to accept my existential 'buzz' as a part of that configuration. It would also be possible to accept myself as I am, with some humour and compassion and to actually enjoy being this sensing, feeling, thinking being without having to do all this terrible hard work of 'knowing myself'. To put it another way, pain is always a possibility and perfection is a myth.
And yes, I am also looking forward to positive interaction with members of this great forum.
Be well Elrick
