A new member from Sweden :)

Hi everyone

I’m Sufi (a nickname I love). A 30-year old person living in Sweden, originally from Istanbul. I like thinking and talking about beliefs, constant learning and sharing.

I believe that whatever we experience has a positive role in our lives, even the bad ones. We all want to be pleased with ourselves and the rest of the world of course, but the rest of the world changes as soon as we change our perspectives.

In other words, I think everything and everyone around us is there for a good cause. It depends on us to make use of it, go further in life & love and become happier and higher beings. We need to accept the world with the good and the bad and try to be as good as possible. That’s it.

Rumi, one of my greatest inspirations says: God turns you from one feeling to another and teaches by means of opposites, so that you will have two wings to fly, not one.

I see that there are wonderful people here in this website. Everyone is welcome to share ideas with me. I'd love to meet people from Sweden. Have a peaceful day

I was lovely to meet you the other day in the chat room..

I also share your view, that it is important to view all life experiences as a learning experience. That way even a negative experience can be transformed into a positive one.

I too love the words of Rumi. Also Kahlil Gibran, Tagaore and Hafiz. They are gifted, in that they can paint a beautiful picture, evoke stirings of the heart strings and the soul with their words.
