Hello everybody, I would like to recommend a book called The Silence Of The Heart, by Paul Ferrini. He has been referred to as a modern day Khalil Gibran, poet, mystic and visionary teller of truth. This book takes the reader on a inner journey of self discovery. He talks about Integrity.. the futility of control, the three stages of consciousness, the perception of equality. He is the master of understanding when it comes to the dynamics of human relationships. Those we have with others and with ourselves. He talks about marriage, Divorce, process and boundaries. Holding each others innocence, undoing shame, forgiving our parents. I have to say, I found this book really helped me to accept responsibility for myself, my actions. To not keep trying to be responsible for others. The games people play in relationships. Guilt and fear, is a big part of what holds many people back from their own personal growth. This book asks the reader to be totally honest with themselves and to realise, that there is no shame in giving up on a relationship or a way of being, that no longer fulfills or is right for you. Staying when you should be going helps no one. . I hope those of you that decide to check this book out, enjoy it as much as I did. I hope you also take from it something that will help you move forward with your life. Love and light Kaz

Thank you Kaz:
I loved Kahil Gibran as a teenager. I will take your advice and check out this book. Boundaries are something I only learned about recently...setting boundaries to protect myself and now my family. I look forward to reading what Ferrini has to say on this.
Blessings, Lila
