Love and Understanding

Hi everyone. I found this site quite by accident, and have been enjoying reading everything. I am learning, growing and understanding more and more every day spiritually, and have seen my guardian angel, Michael, who watches over me and has saved my life on more than one occasion. I also have communicated with my spirit guides, called Tristan and Maria...........however, I have a long way to go I know but the best way to get into greater understanding I feel is simply to set aside a 20 minute period every day - I do it just before going to sleep - and just simply open your chakras and meditate - this is when you are open and receptive and can actually get flashes of insight and understanding into lots of things. Be open to new experiences and ask for help from your guides - they cannot help you until you ask.

Most of all, practice love and compassion to all creatures - I have recently discovered that I was married to my boss in my last life - and the experience I have chosen in this life is to be bossed around and put down by him!!! How incredible is that?!

Thanks for your reply Leon, we are a small community so far, but I can feel that with your understanding and compassion this site will grow very quickly. Word of mouth and all from the heart are great magnets to like-minded spiritual seekers after truth.

wise words, Richard. I hope it is true. I try to do my bit in my small corner and I fend off negativity every day at my workplace however simply turning aside negativity is not enough, we have to actively promote love and compassion and positivity. Positive attracts positive and builds and grows until it mushrooms - this is what I aim for in my small corner of the world - leading by example, but I am no means a leader, I simply hope to be emulated when I do good.
