Oh wow, last night was very unusual....I had been practising grounding and protecting myself every day and even more than once in a day, and last night, I went straight into meditation, and immediately went into an altered state....the first thing I felt was that my THUMBS STARTED TWITCHING...I had a strong tingling sensation in my hands and my thumbs almost had a life of their own...very unusual....I sat bolt upright again, and then Jonathon appeared (well, was present - I didnt actually see him) and he needed help over to the other side....he was gentle and a little afraid and very young....I got the feeling he was trying to tell me something about my thumbs, whilst he was blended with my aura, and then outside the bedroom window, i heard rhythmic thumping, banging sounds...they went on for quite a long time, and I was sure that they meant something....I dont know if this was a neighbour doing diy at that time of night because it was after 10pm, so highly unlikely, but it seemed to be a kind of tom-tom drum sort of message, if that makes sense...like I was being told something to do with banging, thumbs....oh, its so mixed up i couldnt quite get it.
Anyway, I helped our jonathon into the light....it was peaceful and sweet and wonderful and I had the most remarkable sensation of being totally at peace - the sweetest feeling in the world...but I am still totally flummoxed by the messages I was receiving...I wonder if anyone can make sense of them?

Dear Lizzie, What a powerful experience. I have sat here and pondered on what happened to you, with your thumbs and the banging sounds. I believe they are connected in the sense they are things that happened to him, Johnathan, and he was trying to convey to you telepathically, or through your aura what happened to him. I am not sure, but was he maybe tortured?  when I focused on the thumbs, I felt something being tied to them..and the banging, maybe a stake being hammered in or chains, I don't know. What about anyone else, any idea's??? I am sure though Lizzie as you get more and more used to doing this sort of thing, you will develop your own kind of mental shorthand for deciphering the symbols or clues you are given, by spirit, who wish to pass on information about their lives or passing to you. I have been led to believe, guys, through the course of the day, in the way that it happened, my right thumb first, then my left, that this is a shorthand spirit are developing with me to answer questions, I used to use the pendulum, but as my meditation experiences have progressed and indeed as I have grown in spiritual understanding, this has become less necessary and my direct connection to spirit has been strengthened....I tried it at work today - in the loo of all places - the only place i get any privacy....and what happened was, I relaxed and asked a question, then got a big twitch in my right thumb, and a question with a no answer gave me a huge twitch in my left...it really is as simple as that....the soul rescue was a separate issue, actually and not connected. The meditation progressed and the twitching began....however, now I know, I have no need of my pendulum, as the direct connection with spirit is giving me my answers...not maybe in the way some people have of their spirit guide communicating directly through words or pictures (although I do get a little of that, sometimes) but through my thumbs...a bit like the gladiators, you know, thumbs up for good and thumbs down for bad, except with me, its right and left!! what do you think of that!!
